CeballosWorks, LLC ("CeballosWorks," "we," "us") is a California limited liability company providing product and program management consulting. This policy explains how we handle the information you share through ceballosworks.com and our online intake at intake.ceballosworks.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to evaluate a potential engagement:
- Business contact details you provide: your name, work email, and optionally your company.
- Business problem information you choose to share in the conversation and the intake questionnaire: your situation, company size, industry, goals, and timeline.
- Limited technical data for security and reliability, such as IP address and basic request logs.
What we do not want, and what we remove
We do not ask for sensitive information, and our intake is designed to avoid it. Please leave out government identifiers, financial account or card numbers, health information, and similar data. If a government ID or financial account number slips into what you send, our system detects and removes it on our servers before it is stored. We cannot reliably detect health information in free text, so please do not share any.
How we use your information
We use your information to understand your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help, prepare an internal assessment for our principal, and contact you about your request. We do not use it for advertising. We do not sell it.
How we share
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, our database provider, and our email provider, under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Where your information is processed
We operate from the United States, and your information is processed there. We work with clients in the United States, Mexico, and Canada, and information may be transferred and processed across these locations consistent with applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to opt out of certain processing, and to receive a copy of what we hold. These rights are available to residents of California (CCPA and CPRA), Canada (PIPEDA), and Mexico (LFPDPPP), among others. To exercise any right, email workwith@ceballosworks.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time at workwith@ceballosworks.com.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure, but we take measures appropriate to the information we hold.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age applicable in their jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
